SWEET N SOUR CHICKEN

2-2.5 lbs chicken
1-8oz Russian dressing
1-10oz. Apricot preserves
green pepper chopped
1 pkt. dry onion soup mix
1 can diced pineapple with juice

Mix all together and bake 45 min. - 1 hr at 350 degrees, serve over rice
